Apple Pie à la Kally

We just so happened to have an apple pie tea in our pantry the day we were testing recipes and knew we had to try it with verjus. (If you’re new to dessert teas, we suggest you start here.) The result is the ultimate fall sipper. Sweet with just the right amount of warm spice and citrus, it really feels like autumn in a glass. Makes one 4.5-oz serving

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain the drink into your preferred chilled cocktail glass.
