8 Ways to Celebrate Sober October

1. Get better sleep.

We’ve all woken up at 4 AM desperately reaching for a cup of water after a night of drinks. There’s no doubt that drinking too much alcohol can disrupt your sleep schedule. Skip the booze to get some extra Zzzs in and feel fully charged the next day.
