We all make questionable food choices when we’re in the late-night drive thru line. Skip the fast food and choose more nutritious meals. Your body and mind will thank you.
3. Read more books.
Those books sitting on your shelf deserve a little more attention than being dusty room decor. Set aside some time to indulge in a few pages this month and feed your brain with knowledge rather than clouding it with excess alcohol.
