Katie's Notes

This dynamic duo is made special by one key ingredient that is the same, but different: verjus. Each of these two Kallys use a unique varietal verjus - appropriately Chardonnay for the light and crisp, and Cabernet Sauvignon for the bold and robust. The idea to use two types of verjus came to us while inspecting Chardonnay vines in a Sonoma vineyard before the approaching harvest. Walking through the rows of grapes, we passed the Cabernet block, and shared an “aha” moment: why not make Kally using Cabernet grapes too? The Duo was born.

Chardonnay Verjus

Crafted from young chardonnay grapes, picked early, and pressed into a delicious, tart, golden juice.

Organic Cherry

Balancing sweet and sour, our cherries bring a smooth richness to every pour.

Cabernet Sauvignon Verjus

From organic cabernet grapes, picked early, and pressed into a delicious, tart juice.

Organic Pear

Green pear adds a crisp freshness and gentle sweetness to each sip.
